These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, content, applications, and services provided by The List (“The List,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Overview of Services

The List is a curated wellness matching and editorial platform. We provide personalized recommendations and introductions to independent wellness providers based on information you choose to share with us.

The List does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services of any kind.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Nature of the Relationship

The List acts as a matching and referral service only. Any relationship formed between you and a wellness provider is solely between you and that provider. Providers recommended through The List operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of The List.

We do not supervise, control, or guarantee the services provided by any third party.

No Medical Advice

Information shared through The List, including editorial content, provider recommendations, and consultations, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

The List does not:

Diagnose medical conditions
Provide medical or mental health treatment
Replace the advice of licensed healthcare professionals

You are responsible for making your own healthcare decisions and for consulting qualified professionals as appropriate.

The Signature Match Service

The Signature Match is a limited, 1:1 matching service offered on a selective basis. Availability is limited to preserve quality and personalization.

By purchasing a Signature Match, you acknowledge and agree that:

Matches are based on the information you provide and availability at the time
Outcomes are not guaranteed
Provider fit is subjective and may vary

Payments

Fees for paid services are disclosed at the time of purchase. Payment is required in full prior to the delivery of services and is processed securely through third-party payment processors.

The List does not store your payment information.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because the Signature Match involves time, review, and personalized consideration, all sales are final once the session has been completed.

If you need to reschedule a booked session, you must do so in accordance with the scheduling platform’s rescheduling policy.

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session may be forfeited.

No Guarantees

While we take care to make thoughtful and aligned recommendations, The List does not guarantee:

Specific outcomes

Provider availability

Satisfaction with any provider

Resolution of symptoms or concerns

You acknowledge that wellness outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on The List website, including text, branding, graphics, and editorial materials, is the property of The List and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any provider you connect with through The List.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The List from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your interactions with third-party providers.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services to anyone at our discretion, including for misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The List operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
