Meet Olivia.

Smiling woman with long brown hair sitting indoors in front of white shelves with books and decorative items.

When it came time to seek support, the options felt endless… but none of them felt right. That’s where this story begins.

Hi, I’m Olivia. I’ve worn all the hats: mom, wife, colleague, friend, sister, daughter… all while trying to hold myself together. I’ve always been the one who figures it out, pushes through and “makes it work.”

But after my second son was born in 2021, everything shifted. Postpartum depression hit me in a way I never saw coming, and suddenly I wasn’t just tired… I was lost. The hardest part? I had no idea where to turn.

Was it therapy? Hormones? Gut health? More sleep? Less stress?

I was drowning in questions with no roadmap, no guidance, just trial and error while already at my lowest.

That experience showed me how impossible it is for women to navigate wellness alone. We’re given endless options but no direction. Google and social media are loud, but they’re not curated - and they’re definitely not personal.

That’s why I created The List.

The List is what I wish I had — a trusted, curated place to turn when everything feels noisy and unclear. A space designed to help women slow down, cut through the overwhelm and make sense of what support might actually fit their lives.

This isn’t a directory (yet!) or a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s an editorial approach to wellness - grounded in perspective, discernment and real-life experience.

You don’t have to have all the answers right away. You just need a clearer place to start.

xoxo, Olivia
