The List Wellness, LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy

The List provides curated wellness matching, membership access, and concierge-style services that involve preparation time, research, and professional coordination. By purchasing or using The List’s services, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.
1. Memberships (Client & Provider)
Billing & Renewals
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
Cancellations
Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period. Access will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, including partial months or unused access.
2. 1:1 Matching & Concierge Services
All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized nature of these services and the immediate time investment required, all 1:1 matching and concierge service purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Dissatisfaction with a provider match
Failure to follow through after introductions are made
3. Services Rendered
Once an intake form or questionnaire is submitted, preparation begins immediately. This may include reviewing client or provider information, researching options, and preparing curated recommendations. Because this work begins right away, refunds are not available once services have commenced.
4. Provider Matches & Outcomes
The List does not guarantee specific outcomes, availability, or compatibility with any provider. Provider schedules, pricing, and offerings may change at any time.
Where applicable and outlined in the service description, The List may offer a replacement match at its discretion. Replacement matches do not constitute a refund and remain subject to availability.
5. Scheduled Consultations & Sessions
If a service includes a scheduled consultation or call:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing services or memberships, you agree to contact The List directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Documentation of services rendered, intake submissions, and communication history may be used to respond to disputes.
