The List Wellness, LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy

The List provides curated, personalized wellness matching and concierge services that involve time, preparation, and professional coordination. As such, all purchases are subject to the following refund and cancellation policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to The List are non-refundable. Once a service is purchased, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Dissatisfaction with a provider match
Failure to follow through after introductions are made
2. Services Rendered
Once intake forms are submitted, preparation begins immediately. This includes reviewing client information, researching providers, and preparing curated recommendations. Because of this upfront work, refunds are not available once services have commenced.
3. Provider Matches
The List does not guarantee outcomes, availability, or compatibility with any specific provider. Provider availability may change, and final engagement decisions are always made between the client and the provider directly.
Where applicable, The List may offer a replacement match at its discretion if outlined in the service description. Replacement matches do not constitute a refund and are subject to availability.
4. Missed or Cancelled Sessions
If a service includes a scheduled consultation:
Missed appointments or late cancellations may forfeit that session
Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed
