The List Wellness, LLC – Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 1, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, content, applications, and services provided by The List (“The List,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
The List is a curated wellness matching, membership, and editorial platform. We provide personalized recommendations, introductions, and access to independent wellness providers based on information you voluntarily share with us.
The List does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The List acts as a matching and referral platform only. Any relationship formed between you and a wellness provider is solely between you and that provider. Providers operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of The List.
Certain Services may be offered through recurring memberships. By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan selected.
Memberships may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in refunds for the current billing period. Access remains active through the end of the paid cycle.
Personalized matching or concierge services involve individualized preparation and time investment. Availability may be limited.
By purchasing a 1:1 service, you acknowledge that:
Fees for paid Services are disclosed at the time of purchase. Payment is required in full prior to delivery of Services and is processed through secure third-party payment processors. The List does not store payment card details.
Refund and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
All information, editorial content, recommendations, and communications are for informational and educational purposes only. The List does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions or replace licensed professional advice. You are responsible for your own healthcare decisions.
Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external services.
We strive to maintain consistent access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, content, or Services may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
All branding, content, graphics, and editorial materials on The List website are the property of The List and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Services or interactions with third-party providers. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The List from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or interactions with providers.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Services to anyone at our discretion, including for misuse or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The List operates.
