These terms apply specifically to the Signature Match service offered by The List. By purchasing the Signature Match service, you agree to the following:
Scope of Services
The Signature Match is a personalized matchmaking service designed to connect clients with curated third-party wellness providers.
The service includes:
One (1) intake call
2–3 curated provider recommendations
Optional warm email introductions upon request
The List provides curated recommendations based on the information shared during the intake process. The List does not provide medical, psychological, legal or clinical services.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
While The List carefully vets and curates providers, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
The List does not guarantee:
Availability of recommended providers
Responsiveness of providers
Clinical results or personal outcomes
Compatibility between client and provider
The decision to engage with any recommended provider is solely the client’s responsibility.
Third-Party Providers
The List is not responsible for the actions, services, advice, conduct, or outcomes of any third-party provider introduced through this service. Clients acknowledge that any engagement with a provider is a separate agreement between the client and that provider.
Payment & Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of this service, all payments are non-refundable once curated provider matches have been delivered. If a client chooses not to move forward after receiving recommendations, no refund will be issued. If a client feels the initial matches were not aligned, one additional round of recommendations may be provided at The List’s discretion.
Client Responsibility
Clients agree to provide accurate and honest information during the intake process. The quality of recommendations depends on the completeness and clarity of information shared.
Confidentiality
Client information shared during the intake process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing curated recommendations. The List may request permission to share anonymized testimonials but will never publish personal information without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Signature Match service or engagement with any recommended provider.
Modifications
The List reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
