The List is a curated network of trusted experts, practices, and businesses — thoughtfully chosen to support women through every season of life.

Every member is personally reviewed for expertise, professionalism, approach, and overall alignment before being invited or accepted to join.

The List began in women's wellness and continues to thoughtfully expand. Today you'll find therapists, nutritionists, women's health specialists, pelvic floor PTs, postpartum support, functional medicine practitioners, coaches, bodyworkers, and fitness studios — with additional trusted experts and businesses being added as the network grows.

The List is currently focused on New England, with plans to thoughtfully expand into additional markets over time.

No. The List does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Information shared on this site is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Most matches are delivered within 5–7 business days after application and consultation.

Because time, research, and personalized review begin immediately after acceptance, The Signature Match purchases are non-refundable.

That said, every application is approached thoughtfully and with care. If something feels misaligned after receiving your recommendations, reach out — we’re always happy to reassess and provide additional guidance where appropriate.
