ABOUT THEM

We’re an boutique pelvic floor physical therapy practice in Boston specializing in pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic pain, bowel/bladder symptoms, prolapse, return to exercise, and more. We offer one-on-one, hour-long sessions with our Doctors of Physical Therapy in a supportive, whole-body, evidence-based environment that helps women actually feel heard and cared for.

At our core, we’re passionate about helping women feel informed, empowered, and supported through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. We love helping patients better understand their bodies, feel stronger and more confident, and get back to the things they love - whether that’s working out, keeping up with kids, running, lifting, or just sneezing without crossing their fingers . We’re big on education, individualized care, and making pelvic floor PT feel approachable, validating, and way less intimidating.

now for the good stuff...

Favorite way to unwind
Our PTs are big fans of movement in all forms (we are all reformed group fitness junkies), and love Pilates, yoga, strength workouts, long walks, stroller walks, and getting outside whenever we can. Outside of work, you can usually find us spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants or coffee shops, traveling, reading, baking, watching reality TV, or winding down with a good show at the end of a long day. We’re also a pretty chatty (and funny, if we do say so ourselves) team! We genuinely love connecting with people, swapping stories, and laughing a lot, which is probably why our appointments often feel like a mix of expert care and catching up with someone who truly gets it.
Morning routine must-haves
Coffee, forever and always! Our team definitely has opinions when it comes to the best local lattes, cold brews, and matchas (we have it pretty dialed depending on what you’re in the mood for). Beyond caffeine, we’re big fans of morning movement, getting outside when we can, and easing into the day with a little routine before jumping into patient care.
Current obsession
A mix of Heated Rivalry, Bravo shows, trying new restaurants, beer garden hangs, and swapping our latest book recommendations (we’ve somehow started an informal team book club). We’re always sharing what we’re reading, watching, or where we’ve eaten lately, so if you have recommendations, we'd love to hear!
Go-to movie or show
Friends is always in rotation, The Summer I Turned Pretty has had us hooked, and honestly anything easy to throw on at the end of a long day is a win.
