ABOUT THEM
Juno is a women’s wellness studio designed to support women through every stage of life. Through movement classes, expert education, workshops, support groups, and community events. Juno helps women feel stronger, more informed, and more connected—whether navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, perimenopause, healthy aging, or simply prioritizing overall wellness. All are welcome.
While Juno offers specialized support for reproductive transitions and motherhood, it is not just for moms. We also offer fitness classes, yoga, wellness workshops, and community programming for women in all seasons of life.
Juno was founded by Jesse Harris, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, doula, childbirth educator, and mother of three young boys. After working in reproductive mental health research, at Planned Parenthood, and in labor and delivery as a nurse, Jesse saw how fragmented support and wellness can feel for women during life transitions. Her own experiences with infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early perimenopause inspired her to create Juno: a space where women can access expert guidance, move their bodies, build community, and feel supported through every phase of life.
The Founder's Note
"Jesse has created something really special just outside of Boston - blending movement, motherhood support, workshops, and yes… the ability to bring your baby. Chefs kiss!"
— Olivia, Founder of The List
