ABOUT HER

Hi, I’m Lily! I’m a licensed psychologist specializing in working with older adolescents, young adults and parents. I support clients navigating anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, emotion regulation and major life transitions - including the often-overwhelming transition into parenthood.

Most of my clients find themselves in the high-achieving category. People who are used to holding a lot together, but may find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from the way they want to feel in their lives. Together, we work on building practical skills, deeper self-understanding and meaningful, lasting change.

I also love working with parents who feel like they’ve tried everything and are struggling to connect with their child in the way they want to.

My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also incorporating elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My style is warm, collaborative and down to earth. I truly feel that therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, feel understood and actually walk away with tools you can actually use.

Outside of work, I’m a new mom myself and live in Charlestown and can often be spotted walking around or at a coffee shop. Becoming a parent has given me an even deeper appreciation for just how much identity, relationships and everyday life can shift during that transition.

The Founder's Note

"Anyone who has the chance to meet or work with Lily is so lucky. From the moment I met her, it was so clear how genuinely she loves the work she does and how deeply she cares about the people she supports. As a new mom herself, she also brings such a thoughtful, grounded understanding to the many transitions women and families are navigating. She’s warm, smart, and incredibly easy to connect with - exactly the kind of person I’m so happy to have on The List."
