Sarah Decker Coaching
ABOUT HER
I'm a career and business coach for high-achieving women who are done pretending the next job will fix it. You built a great career, and you still have a nagging feeling this isn't "it." You're successful but unfulfilled, and you've started asking what you actually want. That's where we start: What would your dream career look like? Ten years into my own career, I quit the job I'd worked hard to get and bet on myself. Since then I've grown a tutoring company past seven figures and coached 100+ women through the space between the career they built and the one they want. For some, that's a bold pivot or a role that doesn't exist yet. For a lot of them, it turns out to be a business of their own. I work in two tracks. Career Coaching is for women who know something has to change but can't see what yet. Business Coaching is for women building their own thing who want someone in their corner who has done it. I'm a Certified Professional Coach, a mom of two, based in MetroWest, and the host of _I Hate My Job! Now What?_
The Founder's Note
"What I love about Sarah is that she makes room for you to figure out what you actually want next. Whether you’re considering a career change, navigating a job search, or feeling ready for something different but unsure what, she’s an incredible coach to have in your corner. And a fun plot twist? She also helps women start and grow their own businesses! She’s made that leap herself, and I love that she brings both the encouragement and the practical guidance to help you move forward."
