Embodied Education & Practice
ABOUT HER
I'm a licensed therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and registered yoga teacher who helps overwhelmed toddler moms work _with_ their nervous systems instead of against them. Through my practice, Embodied Education & Practice, I support moms moving through burnout, blurry boundaries, and the constant pressure to do it all. I use body-based tools that actually fit the reality of life with a toddler. My approach is practical rather than precious: less "just breathe," more understanding why your body does what it does and what to actually do about it. Realistic wellness that meets you where you are, not where you think you should be.
The Founder's Note
"When you meet Sarah, you immediately understand why she does this work. She has such a gentle, calming presence, but she’s also incredibly human, relatable, and real — and as a mom herself, she truly gets the realities of this season of life. Even in a short conversation, I felt instantly more grounded just being around her. She makes nervous system work feel approachable and practical, not intimidating or overly clinical, and I love how deeply she understands what overwhelmed moms actually need."
- Olivia, Founder of The List
- You're tired of wellness advice that assumes you have a free hour, a quiet house, and a full night's sleep.
- You want to understand _why_ your body reacts the way it does, not just be told to breathe through it.
- You're done white-knuckling your way through the day and snapping at people you love, then feeling awful about it.
- You want real tools you can use in the actual moment: the tantrum, the 5pm chaos, the third wake-up of the night.
- You suspect your exhaustion isn't a character flaw or a willpower problem, and you're right.
