Vega Vitality
ABOUT THEM
Hi! I’m Ashley Hilmes, a Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Vega Vitality, a medspa and wellness destination with locations in Back Bay and South Boston. I’ve practiced aesthetics for 15 years and owned Vega for 12. Before moving into aesthetics, I worked in the cardiac ICU, and for several years, those two chapters of my career overlapped.
If you had told me in my twenties that this would be my career, I probably would have laughed. It wasn’t the path I expected, but it has been incredibly fulfilling. What I love most is helping women and men feel more confident and comfortable in themselves. Over the years, I’ve seen how feeling good about yourself can influence how you show up in your life and connect with the people around you. That’s what makes this work meaningful to me, and why I feel I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
Vega is known for its skilled team, non-sales-driven culture, and natural results. We take caring for people very seriously and want you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported every time you visit. We would love to be part of your self-care routine!
The Founder's Note
"Ashley is a friend, and I was a client at Vega Vitality for YEARS before we moved to the suburbs - and I still miss her and the team! What I love most is their focus on natural results and how well they care for you. Ashley is always learning and bringing new treatments and technology to Vega, with that same thoughtful approach. They don’t oversell you on products or treatments; they guide you toward what makes sense for you and helps you feel your best. That kind of trust is everything."
- Olivia, Founder of The List
If you are looking for a professional yet comfortable environment. The entire team is incredible! The caliber of women I have collected to work beside at Vega over the years is my best accomplishment as an entrepreneur.
