A Reiki-Infused Sound Bath with Nicole and Melissa

Join Nicole Pichette, integrative medicine nurse practitioner and founder of Live Well Collaborative, and her sister Melissa Dorish, the Sound Healing Librarian, for 90 minutes designed to bring your whole system back to stillness. Nicole is an Usui Level 2 Reiki practitioner; Melissa is a Certified Sound Healer. This is their second time creating this experience together, and it shows. The pairing of their two practices is intentional, layered, and deeply calming. We'll open with a short grounding overview: what Reiki and sound healing actually do in the body, and why the combination is so restorative. From there, you'll settle in for brief group Reiki paired with gentle live soundscapes, easing you out of your head and into your body. What follows is an immersive sound bath, during which each participant receives individual, hands-on Reiki -a quiet, personal moment inside a shared experience.
