MK Wellness Collective

Ali Pugh - Therapist, MA & NH

ABOUT HER

Ali is a Therapist with MK Wellness Collective. She's an Air Force veteran, mom of two, and therapist who believes you don't have to keep white-knuckling your way through life.

She works with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, life transitions, and the unique stress that comes with military life, first responder families, and caregiving roles. Her style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. She wants therapy to feel like a place where you can finally put some of the weight down, be honest about what you're carrying, and leave feeling a little more hopeful than when you walked in.

The Founder's Note

"One of my favorite things about getting to know MK Wellness Collective has been seeing how intentional they are about the people they bring onto their team. Ali is one of the incredible therapists there, and I'm excited to introduce her to The List community. She brings her own unique expertise while sharing the same commitment to thoughtful, client-centered care that makes the practice so special."

You'll love working with her if…

You'll probably feel at home with me if you're tired of pretending you're fine. My clients are often the people everyone else counts on, and they're ready for a space where they don't have to have it all together. I like keeping therapy real. You'll celebrate progress, work through the hard stuff together, and figure out what actually helps instead of just talking in circles.

now for the good stuff...

Favorite way to unwind
If I'm being honest, 'relaxing' usually involves doing something active. I love being outside, chasing a little adrenaline, hanging out with my puppy, or spending time with my family. Sitting still has never really been my thing.
Morning routine must-haves
A Bang Energy drink, saying good morning to my puppy, and easing into the day before the chaos starts. If I've already misplaced my keys by 8 a.m., it's probably going to be one of those days.
Current obsession
My puppy is currently running the show, so definitely him! Also, anything adrenaline-filled. Action movies, military stories, or anything that gets my heart pumping. If it involves explosions or a little controlled chaos, I'm in.
Favorite movie, show or podcast
Whatever has the fewest slow scenes. If she has to wait three episodes for something to happen, you've already me...
