ABOUT THEM
Hi, I'm Danielle Donovan, RN, BSN, IBCLC—the founder of Latched at First Sight and a proud mom of three energetic girls ages 9, 6, and 2.
What began as a passion for helping families navigate feeding and newborn care has grown into a dedicated team of professionals committed to supporting parents during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Our team includes six nurse-IBCLCs, a Speech-Language Pathologist, and ten Registered Nurses specializing in newborn and infant care.
Together, we provide support with breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, latch concerns, milk supply, infant feeding challenges, and individualized feeding plans. We also offer daytime and overnight newborn care services, helping families feel confident, rested, and supported during the early months with their baby.
We proudly provide in-home visits throughout Massachusetts, virtual consultations, and office appointments in Franklin, MA.

When I became a mom, I quickly realized that feeding a baby doesn't always come naturally—and neither does navigating the emotions, questions, and challenges that come with it. That's why I created Latched at First Sight.
My mission is simple: to ensure every family feels supported, informed, and never alone. Whether your journey includes breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or a combination of it all, you deserve compassionate care without judgment.
