Feeding with Katie
ABOUT HER
Katie is a mom to two girls, a registered nurse, and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
Before starting Feeding with Katie, she spent nearly a decade working as a nurse in pediatrics, supporting children and families through all stages of early development. In 2017, she became a lactation consultant to focus more closely on helping families in those first, tender months after birth.
Today, she combines medical expertise, hands-on experience, and heartfelt support to help parents feel capable, connected, and cared for, because feeding your baby is about so much more than milk.
She offers in-home consults to families on the South Shore, Greater Boston, Cape and Islands, as well as virtual consultations. She holds a free weekly support group at the Marshfield Library, which is inclusive to all feeding methods. This is really just a supportive space to help you get out of the house with your baby, meet other local moms, and get some questions answered.
The Founder's Note
"Katie is one of those people who feels like sunshine. She has an incredible warmth that's hard to put into words... you just feel it the moment you meet her. As a mom herself, she brings so much compassion and understanding to the women she supports, especially during some of life's most vulnerable seasons. I have no doubt you'll leave feeling seen, encouraged, and so well cared for, and I'm so happy to have her as part of The List."
- Olivia, Founder of The List
You want a nonjudgemental approach to feeding your baby. Katie loves to help support parents' sleep, mental health and make feeding work for your family's needs.
