ABOUT HER

Hi, I’m Anna, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. I earned my Master’s degree from Lesley University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy. With a background in dance and the performing arts, I believe deeply in the body as a powerful tool for healing, insight, and self-expression, and I thoughtfully incorporate this into my work when it feels supportive for each client.

As a mom myself, I understand how isolating and overwhelming motherhood can feel at times. I’m especially passionate about supporting women in this season of life by offering a space that feels accessible, grounding, and practical. Whether you are navigating the postpartum period, in the day-to-day intensity of raising children, considering expanding your family, or facing fertility challenges, my goal is to provide a compassionate and supportive environment where you can process your experiences and grow.

You’ll love working with me if you’re okay with my ever-present lineup of beverages—water? check. something bubbly? check. coffee? double check. I like to think a well-hydrated therapist is a grounded therapist.
Current obsession
Current obsessions: running and all things vintage. I never thought I’d be a runner, but I started about a year ago and it stuck. Having an outlet to release pent-up stress and energy—and the way it helps me feel in my body—has been a total game changer for my mental health. I also have a long-standing love for secondhand fashion and antiques. I’m always on the lookout for a great vintage tee or a pre-loved, handmade piece—whether it’s clothing or furniture with character!
Morning routine must-haves
My morning routine must-haves include coffee or matcha (a true non-negotiable), a quick breakfast (big foodie over here), and some good music to help me feel awake and grounded for the day.
Favorite watch / unwind
I’m a bit of a romantic, so my go-to comfort shows are historical dramas—Downton Abbey is always a favorite.
