Kaitlyn Boseck

Kaitlyn B. Psychotherapy

Kaitlyn Boseck - Therapist, MA

ABOUT HER

Hi, I'm Kaitlyn Boseck, LICSW! I am a trauma therapist for women who want more than a head nod.

Yes, I'll validate you. (Duh!) I'll also challenge you when something needs to be challenged, ask the question your best friend won't, and stay curious about what is actually happening in your brain and body, not just the story sitting on top of it.

Warm, direct, a little bit of humor, and zero interest in keeping you stuck in the same loop.

The Founder's Note

"Kaitlyn is incredibly approachable while also being deeply knowledgeable in trauma therapy - I left our conversation learning about ART (check it out) and feeling like I could’ve talked to her for hours."

- Olivia, Founder of The List

You'll love working with her if…

If you want a therapist that you can spill the tea AND walk away with a shift in perspective, sense of growth, and more confidence in the same session.

now for the good stuff...

Favorite way to unwind
The \*unhelpful\* way: Binging reality TV or a new psychological thriller series on a streaming service. What I do routinely: Visit family on the West Coast. I'm originally from Seattle, so I enjoy going back and visiting home as much as I can. My preferred way: Somewhere on a beach with clear, torqoise waters, skin soaking up vitamin D hopefully not developing skin cancer, and playing with the sand with my toes.
Morning routine must-haves
Coffee, no social media, and quiet stillness until my brain wakes up.
Current obsession
Summer House. Shamelessly on season 9 after starting from the beginning 2 months ago.
Favorite movie, show or podcast
Sex & the City.
