Three Rivers Mental Health
ABOUT HER
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in 2008 and began my career at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where I contributed to a pilot study on restraint reduction. I later joined Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital’s Stroke/Neurology Unit, where my interest in caregiver fatigue and overall well-being began to grow. While I valued my time in medical settings, I was ultimately drawn to psychiatry through a deep curiosity about people’s stories and life journeys.
I completed my Master of Science in Nursing at the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2012, specializing in adult psychiatric-mental health, and later earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Massachusetts Boston. My training included clinical placements at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Urgent Care Psychiatry Clinic and the Domiciliary Care Program for homeless veterans at Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital. Since then, my work has included inpatient psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital, private behavioral health practice, geri-psychiatric consultation, and teaching roles with undergraduate and graduate nursing students. From 2015 to 2025, I served at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth in the outpatient behavioral health integrated care program, where I was named Clinical Director in 2023.
Today, I am a Perinatal Mental Health Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in reproductive psychiatry, supporting women through the prenatal and postpartum seasons of life. I also specialize in the treatment of OCD and PTSD. My approach blends psychiatric care with a psychoanalytic lens and evidence-based therapeutic modalities to create treatment plans that are both personalized and effective. I have deep respect for the therapeutic process and feel truly privileged to support people through their struggles with care, empathy, and clinical expertise.
