Robyn Isman

Parenting the Anxious Child

Robyn Isman - Therapist and Parent Educator, MA & Virtual/Anywhere

ABOUT HER

I am Robyn Isman - your partner in navigating your child's anxiety! As a coach for parents of anxious kids and a mom of three, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to raise a child in an anxious world. With over a decade of experience supporting families, I help parents navigate the uncertainty and constant second-guessing that often come with parenting an anxious child. I specialize in helping families break free from the cycle of over-accommodation and build the tools they need to raise confident, resilient, and independent kids. I offer support 1x1, 6 week group, and a self paced course! Ready to take the first step? You're in the right place!

The Founder's Note

"Robyn is the REAL deal. Her approach to parenting... especially when it comes to anxious kids - is incredibly relatable, practical and actually feels possible to implement in real life. What I love most is how she breaks down behavior patterns to help parents understand what’s really going on underneath them, instead of just reacting to what’s happening on the surface. She’s such a breath of fresh air in the parenting space, and to say I’m thrilled to have Robyn on The List is an understatement!"
