Think of the directory as self-guided exploration — and Signature Match as hands-on support.
Matches are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after your application and consultation.
If sourcing requires something more specialized or outside our current provider network, timing will be communicated clearly.
Because time, research, and personalized review begin immediately after acceptance, Signature Match purchases are non-refundable.
That said, every application is approached thoughtfully and with care. If something feels misaligned after receiving your recommendations, reach out — we're always happy to reassess and provide additional guidance where appropriate.
